Concorp Inc. collects the personal information you give us (such as your name, email, phone number, group size, budget and move-in date) only to respond to your inquiry, manage applications and viewings, and operate our rental properties. We do not sell your information.

Messages

When you submit a form, we send you a confirmation by email and, if you provide a mobile number, by text message. These are transactional messages about your request. Reply STOP to any text to opt out.

Storage

Your information is stored securely with service providers we select. Some of these providers (including our website host, database and file storage, and text-messaging services) store or process information in the United States, so it may be accessible to courts, law enforcement and national security authorities there under U.S. law. We require these providers to protect it. We never ask for your Social Insurance Number, and we never store card or bank account numbers – payments are handled by licensed payment processors.
