1. Share your link
By text, WhatsApp or email. It opens our available rentals.

Your friend's group applies and signs a lease for a Concorp home.
3. You get $100
Paid by Interac e-Transfer once the lease is signed and we've approved the reward.
The fine print
- $100 per signed lease (one reward per lease, however many people are on it).
- Your friend must be new to Concorp and name you (link, code or your name) when they first contact us. If two people refer the same group, the first referral counts.
- You can't refer yourself, your current roommates, or a lease you're on.
- Rewards are paid after the lease is signed and approved by Concorp. The amount can change for future referrals; the amount shown when your friend signed applies.
- Concorp may end or change the program at any time. Referrals never affect how an application is assessed.
